Academic Affairs Division Profile

The Academic Affairs Division of the Chancellor's Office is responsible for providing state-level design and review of community college curriculum and instructional support activities.  Additionally, responsible for providing policy recommendations to the Board of Governors (BOG) and Consultation.

The division is committed to providing leadership, oversight and technical assistance to enhance the capacity of the community colleges in the areas of:

• Basic Skills/English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Distance Education
