California Education Codes 

Most of the facilities related codes are contained in Section 81003, Parts 49, 50, 66 and 68. 

Title 5, California Code of Regulations

If uncertain of the section number to enter into the second line of the search screen, begin searching at the following section numbers, which represent most of the facilities-related sections:

Chapter 6, Curriculum and Instruction, Subchapter 11. New Colleges and Education Centers; begin at Section 55825.

Chapter 8, Construction, Subchapter 1: Community College Construction Act, Subchapter 1.5; begins at Section 57000. (NOTE: Section 57020 was repealed Sept 2010 - see below). Energy and Resource Conservation, Subchapter 2 begins at Section 57050. Env. Quality, Subchapter 3 begins at Section 57100. District funded construction Projects, Subchapter 4 begins at Section 57150. Deferred Maintenance begins at Section 57200.
