The regulations of the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges are adopted pursuant to the authority of Education Code section 70901.5. The Board's procedures for adopting regulations can be found in chapter 2 of the Procedures and Standing Orders of the Board of Governors. The Board's regulations can be found in the California Code of Regulations, title 5, division 6.
