The Chancellor’s Office will assist in underwriting participation for each New CCC Financial Aid Director (designated coordinating official) or a Chancellor’s Office approved alternate. For those participants claiming reimbursement we ask that you plan to participate in the training from start to finish, arriving in advance of the opening session and departing after the closing session. Return flights should be booked after 4:00pm on November 7, 2012.
The Chancellor’s Office will reimburse travel related costs associated with attendance. Costs may include state allowable charges for lodging ($84 plus tax), mileage ($.555), airfare, parking (at Airport or Hotel), Airport shuttle, and per diem for meals not included and provided at the training. The Chancellor’s office reimbursement will not include the registration fee for the event. Reimbursement forms and instructions will be provided at the event.
Overnight Guests must reserve and pay for their own rooms directly with the hotel.
