This application is in response to your "Affiliate Letter of Intent" submitted to request a non-financial affiliate designation center status under the Economic and Workforce Development Program.  You must complete this application process as the next step after EWD receives your preliminary Letter of Intent.

Economic and Workforce Development (EWD) Regional Centers Guidelines for Non-Financial Designation/Continuation and Final Report Instruction

Provides policy and guidance for the Regional Centers considering closing their center or continuing their center as an affiliate with resources other than EWD State funds.
